FOX 11 Los Angeles LA to start removing abandoned RVs from city streets | FOX 11 LA

The LA City Council instructed city departments to implement a new state law which allows the removal and demolition of abandoned RVs. That move comes as LA businesses continue to deal with the problems associated with homeless encampments.
