Russia carried out a rare daytime drone strike on the Ukrainian city of Dnipro on Tuesday (30 September), killing one man and injuring 20 others, according to officials. The attack also damaged medical facilities, as well as residential and office buildings. Footage released by Ukraine’s State Emergency Services showed smoke pouring from shattered windows, burnt-out cars, firefighters tackling blazes inside buildings, and emergency crews working at the scene.
