A small group of demonstrators staged a demonstration in support of Palestinians near the Venice Film Festival on Thursday. Italian actor Anna Foglietta, who previously hosted the opening and closing ceremonies at the 2020 edition of the festival, waved a Palestinian flag as protesters approached the dock of the Excelsior hotel near the festival venue by boat.
