Singapore: Fan Jumps Barrier To Meet Ariana Grande At Film Premiere

Footage captured a man jumping a barrier and rushing toward Ariana Grande at the “Wicked: For Good” premiere in Singapore on November 13. The fan placed his arm around Grande as she was walking the yellow carpet with co-stars Michelle Yeoh and Cynthia Erivo. Security intervened within seconds and removed him. Local media later identified the man as social media creator Johnson Wen, 26, who was charged with public nuisance under Singapore’s Penal Code. Wen later posted on Instagram, claiming responsibility and saying he had been released after the arrest.
