Russia has claimed overnight Ukrainian drone attacks on its power and energy facilities. Russia’s civil aviation authority said the Ukrainian attacks briefly halted flights. According to the Russian authorities, the Ukrainian attacks triggered fire at the Kursk nuclear power plant and fuel export terminal in Ust-Luga in the Leningrad region. The attack led to a capacity reduction at the Kursk Plant. According to the regional governor, about 10 Ukrainian drones were downed over the Baltic Sea fuel export terminal, operated by Novatek. Russia said it destroyed a total of 95 Ukrainian drones overnight over 13 regions, including Leningrad, Samara, and the Crimean Peninsula.
