India’s Ministry of External Affairs on Friday rejected NATO chief Mark Rutte’s claims that PM Narendra Modi asked for Ukraine plan from Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The MEA said his statement is factually incorrect and entirely baseless. “At no point has PM Narendra Modi spoken with President Vladimir Putin in a manner suggested by the NATO chief,” the MEA said.
