Firstpost Islamabad Court Blast LIVE: At Least 12 Killed in Massive Blast Outside Islamabad Court in Pakistan

An explosion killed at least 12 people outside a court building in Pakistan’s capital Islamabad on Tuesday (November 11), a police spokesperson said. “We are probing what kind of blast it was. It is not clear yet. We will be able to provide more details after we get a report from our forensic team”, said the spokesperson who added that some of the injured are in critical condition. Eyewitness to the blast, lawyer Rustam Malik, told Reuters he saw four to five bodies strewn on the ground following a loud explosion. Police have not confirmed any deaths. The blast occurred near the entrance of Islamabad district court, which is typically crowded with a large number of litigants.
