First look inside subsea habitat for scientist‑aquanauts
🤿 Ocean engineering firm DEEP unveiled “Vanguard,” a prototype subsea habitat designed to house four people for missions of a week or more.

Norman Smith, the Chief Technology Officer at DEEP, said it will give researchers longer access to the seafloor than short dives from the surface.
