Eyewitness News ABC7NY Car Spins Out on Icy Road in Texas

The National Weather Service warned that roads would be dangerous because of ice caused by “packed down sleet and freezing rain accumulation,” in the Austin area.

“Stay off the roads unless necessary,” the NWS said on Monday.
