After a nine-day break, Denise Richards and estranged husband Aaron Phypers were back in court Friday as she seeks a permanent restraining order against him amid their contentious divorce. Speaking with ET after taking the stand, Phypers addresses Denise’s claim he leaked her nude photos to the press in retaliation for her alleged affair with a drill sergeant she met while filming Fox’s ‘Special Forces.’ Aaron confirms he gave the photos and other materials he claims prove her affair to a publicist friend, because he was frustrated and needed to discuss the ordeal with someone. However, he claims he does not know how the photos wound up in the hands of a tabloid and suggest Denise could have leaked them herself to make Aaron look bad.
