The original cast of ‘Dawson’s Creek’ — Katie Holmes, Michelle Williams, Joshua Jackson and James Van Der Beek — is putting on a one-night-only benefit to support F Cancer, in honor of Van Der Beek’s own battle with colorectal cancer. The cast will appear for a special reading of the pilot episode in New York City on Sept. 22.
