Iran closed the Strait of Hormuz in response to Israeli strikes on Tyre, Lebanon, on April 8, hours after US President Trump announced a two-week ceasefire.
Tehran had conveyed a 10-point peace plan which included a cessation of hostilities in Lebanon.
