Luigi Mangione, the 27-year-old accused of killing UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson last December, appeared at a pre-trial hearing in Manhattan on Tuesday. A judge dismissed two state terrorism charges against Mangione. CBS News’ Jericka Duncan has more details.
