CPPCC member: Village lifted out of poverty leads rural revitalization
A village that lifted itself out of poverty through sound policies and hard work now leads rural revitalization efforts in northern China.

The story of Liuzhai Village in Huguan County, Changzhi City, Shanxi Province, was shared by Cheng Yuzhen, a member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).

Cheng spoke at the Members’ Corridor on Wednesday ahead of the closing meeting of the fourth session of the 14th CPPCC National Committee at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.
