CPPCC member on China’s efforts for environmental rule of law
For a green and sustainable future, China’s making new efforts for environmental rule of law. A draft environmental code has been submitted to the National People’s Congress annual session for deliberation. Huang Miansong, a member from Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference shares his thoughts on China’s progress in the sector. He said the concept of ecological civilization is continuously deepening and being implemented in practice in the country, and the code is not only of high standards but also has warmth.
