Congo park welcomes second set of ‘extremely rare’ gorilla twins
For the second time this year, another set of mountain gorilla twins — a male and female — was born at the Virunga National Park in Congo. Park officials say twin births are ‘extremely rare,’ occurring in less than 1% of births in mountain gorilla populations.
