CNN Minneapolis protester: ‘We cannot allow this to happen again’

CNN’s Sara Sidner reports from the streets of Minneapolis where residents are protesting after a 37-year-old man was shot and killed by federal agents Saturday, according to the city’s police chief. The Department of Homeland Security says the man was armed.
