CNN Man shot and killed by federal agents in Minneapolis

A Minneapolis man was shot and killed by federal agents today, according to city officials. The man is believed to be a US citizen, police said. The Department of Homeland Security said the man had a handgun and approached Border Patrol officers during a targeted operation. He “violently resisted” when officers tried to disarm him, and an agent shot him in self-defense, according to DHS.
