Speaker Mike Johnson has held a daily press conference throughout the government shutdown, routinely taking reporters’ questions. But after the Senate advanced a bipartisan deal to end the shutdown, Johnson broke from that routine — leaving without taking any questions. CNN’s Manu Raju explains why.
