CNN Farmer suspended on zipwire in attempt to escape flood

A farmer trapped by rising floodwaters was rescued by a drone in Vietnam after it was determined that a boat could not cross safely. The country is facing torrential rain, flooding and landslides which have left at least 100 people dead, according to Vietnam’s disaster agency. #cnn #vietnam #flooding
