CNN Alleged Bondi gunmen did not train in Philippines, according to police

An investigation into two men accused of shooting dead 15 people on Sydney’s Bondi Beach has found no evidence that they were part of a “broader terrorist cell,” police said on Tuesday. Australian Federal Police Commissioner Krissy Barrett told press that “these individuals are alleged to have acted alone.”
