FTC chair on injunction against investigation into Media Matters
Federal Trade Commission Chairman Andrew Ferguson on Tuesday said he’s “very, very confident” the commission will win its appeal of an injunction issued against its investigation of progressive media watchdog Media Matters.

“This is an ordinary law enforcement investigation. It has nothing to do with retaliation or the First Amendment,” Ferguson said.
