CNA Woman attacks police with knife at Hong Kong eatery after payment fails

A woman at an eatery in Hong Kong brandished a cleaver and assaulted police officers in the early hours of Saturday (Jan 3).

Staff at the Sheung Shui eatery said the woman became agitated after her payment allegedly failed to go through. She brandished a kitchen knife, threatened employees and damaged a mobile phone in the shop.
