What Singapore needs is a “marriage and parenthood reset” to change the trajectory of its total fertility rate (TFR), Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office Indranee Rajah said on Thursday (Feb 26), as the country’s TFR fell to a new low of 0.87 in 2025.
