US agents shot dead a man in Minneapolis on Saturday (Jan 24), just weeks after the fatal shooting of another civilian in the Trump administration’s immigration crackdown there.

The man has been identified as 37-year-old ICU nurse Alex Pretti.

Federal and local officials offered differing assessments of what happened, while video of the incident quickly spread online.
