Singapore PM Lawrence Wong on the US-China rivalry that’s ‘reshaping our world’
The world is in the midst of "a messy transition" where the end point remains unknown, Singapore Prime Minister Lawrence Wong said on Wednesday (Apr 16).
"America is stepping back from its traditional role as the guarantor of order and the world’s policeman. But neither China nor any other country is willing – or able to – fill the vacuum," Mr Wong noted.
