CNA Preparatory works set to begin while studies, consultations continue for Long Island project

Singapore is set to begin preparatory works for the Long Island project – a major coastal protection initiative along the East Coast. Authorities say early works will be carried out progressively to minimise disruption, while studies and public consultations continue. More than 14,000 people have been engaged to gather ideas and understand their aspirations. Aslam Shah reports.
