CNA Philippine government confirms 1.042m barrels of diesel secured for delivery through April

The Philippines has confirmed that a little more than a million barrels of diesel oil will be delivered through April. It has already received 142,000 barrels from Japan. They are part of a framework of measures taken to ensure that the country receives a stable supply of energy domestically, as fuel prices surge. Jacob Larazo reports from Manila.
