CNA New wellness-focused development in CBD to be up by Q4 2029

Singapore’s central business district will soon welcome a new wellness-centric hospitality development. The Ascott Shenton Way broke ground and is expected to be ready by 2029. Analysts say as wellness becomes increasingly embedded into more mixed-use projects, the district could evolve into part of the city’s appeal as a destination. Caitlin Ng reports.
