CNA Man charged over fatal Woodlands food court scuffle brought back to crime scene

57-year-old Teo Eng Chye, who is accused of causing grievous hurt to a 73-year-old man who later died, was brought back to the crime scene on Friday (Dec 26).

Police said preliminary investigations revealed that the victim, Foo Suan Chew, had allegedly gotten into a dispute with Teo, which escalated into a scuffle. The victim was found unconscious when officers arrived and was taken to hospital, where he later died.

The incident occurred on Sunday night (Dec 21) at a Fork & Spoon eatery at Block 768 Woodlands Avenue 6. Teo was arrested on the same day.
