CNA Landslide victory for PM Modi’s ruling coalition in Bihar election

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ruling NDA coalition has swept the legislative election in India’s third-most populous state – Bihar. The Election Commission said the alliance won 202 of 243 seats in the poll, seen as a popularity test for Mr Modi and the NDA. Ishan Garg filed this report for CNA from Bihar’s capital Patna.
