CNA India orders switch to piped gas connection or risk losing access

India is ordering households to switch to a piped gas connection where possible – or risk losing access to cooking gas supply. The country has been dealing with strained fuel supply due to shipping disruption in the Strait of Hormuz. About 90% of India’s imported liquefied petroleum gas travels through this narrow waterway.
