CNA Housing authority set to launch 19,600 Build-To-Order flats this year

19,600 Build-To-Order flats will be launched this year. The housing authority says this will be done across three sales exercises in February, June and October. About one in five of these flats, or over 4,000 units, will come with shorter waiting times of less than three years. Natalie Ong reports.
