CNA Hong Kong fire: Residents gather at temporary shelter following massive high-rise blaze

Some residents took refuge at a temporary shelter after a massive fire engulfed multiple high-rise buildings in the Wang Fuk Court residential estate in Tai Po, Hong Kong on Wednesday (Nov 26).

Medical attention was given to those who needed it, while some residents reported their family members’ situations to authorities at the shelter. 

The death toll from Hong Kong’s deadliest fire in decades rose to 44 on Thursday, with nearly 300 people still missing.
