CNA Four years into the war, peace in Ukraine remains distant

It is now four years since Russia invaded Ukraine, and the toll has been vast. Hundreds of thousands of people have been killed on both sides. Millions of Ukrainians have been displaced … and large areas of eastern and southern Ukraine lie in ruins. The worst conflict in Europe since World War II continues to divide the region and the wider world, as peace talks falter. William Denselow filed this report for CNA from Kharkiv in eastern Ukraine.
