CNA Exploring new financing areas key for AIIB, says bank’s outgoing president

The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank should explore new financing areas as it enters its second decade, said its outgoing founding president Jin Liqun. This will be key as Asia’s infrastructure funding gap is set to surpass US$26 trillion by 2030. The bank must also adapt to emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, noted Jin.
