CNA Captured Venezuelan leader Maduro arrives in New York, taken to DEA headquarters

Captured Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro was seen walking down a hallway at the headquarters of the US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) on Saturday (Jan 3), after US forces seized him during a raid in Caracas and transported him to New York to face drug-trafficking charges.

Earlier on Saturday, an aircraft carrying Maduro arrived at an Air National Guard base in Newburgh, New York. He was then possibly flown by helicopter to Manhattan, before being driven in a convoy believed to have taken him to the DEA headquarters later that night. #usnews #venezuela #maduro
