Canadian PM Carney on first official trip to India as he seeks to reset strained ties

Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney is on his first official trip to India, hoping to reset the fractured relationship with New Delhi, as Ottawa seeks to reduce dependence on the US. His first stop is the financial hub of Mumbai, where he will meet with business leaders and begin talks on a comprehensive trade agreement that is expected to be completed by November. Mr Carney will then travel to New Delhi where he will meet Indian counterpart Narendra Modi on Monday. The leaders are expected to discuss trade and investment, energy, critical minerals and technology. Rebecca Bundhun reports from Mumbai.
