CNA Boao Forum: China can play bigger role to promote greater regional stability, says PM Wong

Singapore Prime Minister Lawrence Wong says China can play a bigger role in promoting greater stability in the region, given its economic weight and growing influence on global developments. He also says that amid increasing fragmentation, smaller groups of like-minded countries can work more closely together, with China expected to be a key player.
