A man dressed in a Batman costume turned up at a city council meeting in Santa Clara, California on Tuesday (Jan 27) and confronted city officials over the presence of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents at the upcoming Super Bowl at Levi’s Stadium.
