At least two people were killed and 18 injured after a truck crashed into an outdoor market in South Korea’s Bucheon city on Thursday (Nov 13). Police said they are questioning the driver who was not under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The driver claimed his vehicle had malfunctioned. #southkoreanews #southkorea
