Senior Minister of State for Digital Development and Information Tan Kiat How says the AI transformation journey will not be easy. He says there may be setbacks and job roles may not fit perfectly at the start, and it may feel like one step forward, two steps back. Still, Singaporeans must dare to try and learn as they go. He was speaking at a career fair organised by Mediacorp, where firms say human skills are ever more important to stand out in a world being rapidly reshaped by AI.
