Chinese premier highlights two certainties: Development and openness #CGTN

Chinese Premier Li Qiang said the 15th Five-Year Plan provides greater certainty for China’s economic and social development. Speaking at the opening ceremony of the China International Import Expo in Shanghai, he emphasized two key pillars of that certainty: development and openness.
