China remains force for peace, stability in new five year plan period
Spokesman for China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs Guo Jiakun said the country will remain a force for peace, stability and justice, highlighting the global significance of the recently approved 15th Five-Year Plan (2026-2030). Approved by Chinese lawmakers on Thursday at the closing of the fourth session of the 14th National People’s Congress, the plan is both a Chinese modernization blueprint and an invitation for global cooperation on common modernization.
