#FMsays China firmly opposes certain US politicians’ pointing their fingers at the normal exchanges between Central American countries and China, Foreign Ministry spokesman Guo Jiakun said, after a delegation led by US lawmaker John Moolenaar visited Panama and other Central American countries and claimed the visit was made to address China’s “coercion”. Such remarks are merely lies and “nothing but a mirror image of their own ideological bias and cold war mentality”, Guo said, urging US politicians to stop manipulating China-related issues.
