China Daily 中国日报 Space mission tickets now on sale in China

Chinese actor #HuangJingyu has been confirmed as a space tourist for a future commercial flight to outer space. The announcement was made by InterstellOr, a Chinese company that develops commercial spacecrafts, on Thursday. Huang is expected to fly on InterstellOr One (CYZ-1), #China’s first commercial crewed #spacecraft. The company plans to conduct its inaugural crewed flight in 2028.
Ticket sales for the mission have already begun, with each seat priced at 3 million yuan (approximately $430,000). A 10 percent deposit is required to secure a reservation. More than three spacecrafts have already been booked, involving over 20 space tourists in total. #黄景瑜 #space
