Yuri Tafrovski, chairman of the China-Russia Friendship Committee for Peace and Development, said in an interview with Russia-1 that Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi and her political party plan to revise the post-war constitution, which forbids Japan from having a military and stops it from resolving issues through military means.
