CGTN Vigil honors victims of Swiss bar fire that killed at least 40

Hundreds of people came together on the freezing cold Thursday night of Crans-Montana to remember the victims of a tragic fire that claimed at least 40 lives and left over 115 injured.

The blaze engulfed the crowded Le Constellation bar in the Crans-Montana ski resort in Valais Canton in southwestern Switzerland, where people were celebrating the New Year. Families of the victims now face an anxious wait for information, as the authorities continue their efforts to identify the victims.
