Ukraine has sent a high-level delegation to the United States for talks on a new peace plan, ahead of a U.S. delegation’s expected visit to Moscow this week. Washington’s initial 28-point proposal to help end the conflict has been narrowed to a 19-point framework jointly drafted with Ukraine during November’s discussions in Geneva. While the full details remain undisclosed, CGTN spoke with Ukrainians to gauge their views on the emerging deal.
