CGTN Trump hopeful for Iran deal amid threats of regional war

U.S. President Donald Trump said on Sunday that he hopes Washington and Tehran can reach an agreement. He was responding to a question on a statement from Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei that any U.S. strike on Iran would ignite a wider regional war.
